AGEING: 6 months in barrels of French and American oak.
PREPARATION: After the harvest, which is done manually and in boxes of 15 kilos, the grapes go through a selection process. Destemmed grapes and subsequently macerated in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of between 22 and 24ºC temperature.
PAIRING: Small game, mushrooms, cooked vegetables, semi-hard cheeses, red meat grilled sausages.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-17 °C
