Vineyard: Produced by Lionel Gosseaume from his family run estate in the heart of the Touraine district. This delicious Sauvignon has impressive fruit concentration and power from low yielding vines.
Vinification: From the classic department of Touraine in the Loire Region. This small estate has a series of rolling hills made up of clay, stone and chalk soils. The grapes show a delightful mineral character and in quality compares very favourably with the neighbouring Sancerre district. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. No oak ageing.
