It showcases bright red fruit aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, and red cherries, complemented by floral notes of violets, subtle spices, and earthy minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with a silky texture, balanced acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Winemaker’s Notes:

This low-intervention wine is crafted from organically farmed vineyards in the prestigious Paraje Altamira sub-region of Valle de Uco, Mendoza. At over 1,100 meters above sea level, the extreme terroir provides intense sunlight and cool nights, resulting in a wine of great purity, freshness, and depth. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak, the wine maintains its natural expression of fruit and terroir.
